Nothing complicated here- Fans of the series will know there’s the main cast, then there’s a lot of regular supporting characters. (Mom, Calculon, Lrrrr, and so on), and then there’s recurring minor characters who don’t have a great deal of screen time but many of whom are still hilarious.
So, who’s your favourite minor recurring character in Futurama? Personally, I’d have to say Morbo, with Hedonism Bot a very close second.

I suspect the OP would say nothing, as Zapp Branigan probably qualifies as a regular supporting character, not a few-seconds-here-and-there character a la Morbo.
Precisely. Zap’s had a significant role in numerous episodes over the course of the series (although he’s hardly been in series six at all), whereas characters like Morbo, Hedonism Bot, Scruffy, Elzar, Dr Wernstrom, and the Hypnotoad are typically only on screen for a short time.
Having said that, yes, Zap is an awesome character.
