Shouldn’t that be “glad I courted”?
Sounds like “caught her” to me:
I couldn’t find a good video online (anybody?) but in “Hare We Go” (the one with Christopher Columbus) Bugs is getting knives thrown at him by irate crew members. CC opens the door to come into the action and gets a knife in his wig. His line, perfectly delivered (you have to see it) is “Who’a the wise’a guy?”
