best Penny Arcade comics?

Penny Arcade is still one of my favourite webcomics. I was reading through the archives recently and my love was rekindled – sometimes they’re just so perfectly sarcastic or clever, and on occasion, so, so funny. ah, nostalgia.
Here’s my top 5 of favourites:

Jesus chatting about the revolution:
Savor the Saviour

(silly, but hilarious. Jesus’ casual chatting juxtaposed with Gabe’s shocked horror is just so good.)
Mr. Period and friends:
Mr. Period Returns
There Are Terrors Which Cannot Be Bourne

(Mr. Period began as such an optimistic, cheerful character – I like how with each comic he becomes more frustrated and bitter regarding the current grammatical trends. I’m so on the same page!)
The Spiderman dream series:
What, Indeed and
What, Indeed Part 2

(one of my best friends has a not-so-secret crush on Spiderman, so these were particularly funny at the time – maybe we all know a guy who feels that way about Spidey. Such is the genius of Penny Arcade.)
What are yours?

In a fire.

The one that finally got me reading PA habitually. (Poohiroth)

I think we have all felt this way about a game. (Ninja Gaiden on hard mode)

And because mocking Rob Liefeld is always a good thing.

How the internet works.

What Troy should have been like.

An old classic.

My favorite.

ahaha! I forgot all about the Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory.

Two more:

the future of Metroid
It’s so true

I like these.

And part three.

My current favoite is I hope you like text.

Jesus plays video games too- he brings those blue sparks.

I know there are tons of good ones that I’m forgetting, but the Shenmue one cracks me up.

F’ing Metal

The Insuperable Barrier of Language
The first full Twisp and Catsby strip

RPG Couple

My favourite, centering around a couple who clearly play a multiplayer RPG together.

YOUR STAR BURNS!

Fine and sometimes bear.

There are so many I just don’t have the time to dig through the archive and find - a hilarious game of twenty questions… the most inappropriate use of the Wonder Twins ever… the Monster brand Surge Protector diagram… the spider who walks like a man… Gabe’s Pocky addiction… the cardboard tube samurai… Oh, and Voltron as an analogy for multiprocessor computing.
But here’s one of my favorites, even though I never played ICO.

I can’t find it, but they had one dealing with Halo showing some dude in the background falling from great heights. Inspired.

This is obviously in a league of its own:

The motto of my high school group of friends was “Mommy, mommy! I made punk bitches suck it down!”

I forgot about that one. Comedy gold!

This is new, and simple, but it makes me giggle…

That made me laugh for about a minute straight. Thank you
