Pretty damn cool. Not sure about “best”, but its some amazing photography.
ETA: Photos 19 and 24 are certainly interesting!

…and I absolutely love picture #26…
#5 - awesome branch, but is that Castle Aaarrgh in the background?
And a couple of those look as though, if not exactly photoshopped, they’re HDR photos, which take some manipulation.
Thanks for posting those. New poster here. Viewing them has mentally allowed me to escape from this eternal MN snow. I’d love to know what happened with the bear and two young children.
No 45 and 58 - are those really photos, are are they paintings?
And number 52 - I’m sure it isn’t, but how cool would it be if it were the same person in both pictures!
#5 - Who killed Treebeard?
More than one looks like a composite photo. I would not be surprised to find the bear photo is one of those.
But overall, the landscape work was gorgeous. Some of the portrait work was very good also, but a few of the portraits were pretty standard with nothing stand out about them. I was surprised to see them in a group of “years best” photos.
That has been floating around my work for a couple years now. It was probably the best pictures of 2007, 2008, 2009…
I have at least one of those photos in a folder which I’ve had for at least three years.
Re: #6 – it’s not often you see the Earth that low in the sky!
Where’s the captions? I need some explanations here.
