Best pizza toppings.

To you purists, I’m a triple sinner, beyond redemption, Pizza wize.

My favorite pie:

Pineapple and anchovy, sometimes with mushrooms. Despite the initial reaction, it’s quite good, the sweet and salty find a nice balance on the palate.

The mushrooms are just so you can call the pie ‘Fish, Fruit and Fungus’.
And then I dip it in Ranch Dressing.

A local chain had something called Pizza Bianco di Mare: white pizza with crabs, clams, and shrimp. They stopped making it when the cost of seafood went up a couple of years ago.

Another local chain offers a pesto pizza and a taco pizza. Hmm…I haven’t had homemade taco pizza in a long time!

We try to avoid red pizzas because my SO is allergic to something in restaurant tomato-based pizza sauce. Doesn’t matter which restaurant, she’s allergic to it. She can eat frozen pizzas just fine but pizza with tomato sauce from any restaurant will make her sick if she forgets to take her allergy medicine.

Italian sausage, pepporoni, & anchovies ( I have never met another person who actually likes them ).

Sometimes jalepeños, but not too many.
