Which means he will repeal “Obamacare.” This will likely be issue #1 in the Republican primaries. The problem is that Romney signed a similar bill into law in MA. This (in addition to all the things that beat him last time around) is why he probably will not win the nomination. The other candidates will hammer him with this every single day.
