Most of the things I watch have already been mentioned, but a couple that haven’t are:

Smallville: a pretty cool show. an imaginative take on the Superman story, expanding on Clark’s formative years. pretty clever, actually, the way they tie things together. A cast you can’t help but like, even if they’re not all great “actors.” Sometimes uneven in quality of writing, but overall it’s very entertaining.

Everwood: a family drama about a doctor and his two kids who move to Colorado following the death of the mom. This isn’t generally my type of show (they can often get preachy), but the characters seem pretty real and the actors are very good. Not my favorite show, but worth checking out.

I don’t watch much TV but I enjoy the Charlie Rose show every now and then and also Seinfeld re-runs.

The only show I refuse to miss is 24. I’m also usually up for syndicated reruns of the Simpsons, depending on the episode.

Shows I try to watch but don’t get mad if I miss:
Insomniac with Dave Attell
Trading Spaces

Shows I will watch if I flip by them:
CSI: Miami (although this show has never failed to make me say “Oh come on”)
SpongeBob (but only with my girlfriend, who enjoys the show far more than me)

This list doesn’t take into account any sports programming, though, which is probably what I watch most (especially hockey and college basketball).
