The one I remember is
“I want my father back, you son of a bitch.” It’s practically the only line in the whole movie said straight, and that’s what makes it punch you in the stomach.
I remember that one! Lots of innuendo in that series.
Do you remember Steed’s response?
It was “HA!”

If you consider lines from newspaper critic columns to be artistic work (I do), then the Algonquin Round Table alumni provided many memorable quotes, including:
Dorothy Parker:
“I don’t care what is written about me so long as it isn’t true.”
“I require only three things of a man. He must be handsome, ruthless, and stupid.”
“Heterosexuality is not normal, it’s just common.”
“Did I enjoy the party? One more drink and I’d have been under the host.”
“This is not a novel to be tossed aside lightly. It should be thrown with great force.”
“If you want to know what God thinks of money, just look at the people he gave it to.”
Alexander Woollcott:
“The two oldest professions in the world are ruined by amateurs.”
“All the things I really like to do are either immoral, illegal or fattening.”
“To all things clergic I am allergic.”
“The English have an extraordinary ability for flying into a great calm.”
“The scenery in the play was beautiful, but the actors got in front of it
“Good Girl” Helen in I am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang (WB, 1932):
There are no musts in my life. I’m free, white, and twenty-one.
Captain, I’m a dangerous minded man on a ship loaded with hurt now why you got me chattin’ wit yer peons?
Threaten you? No corporal, I am nearly trying to illuminate the terrain in which you find yourself currently deployed.
Getting a little risible here.
From Johnny Guitar
“I never shake hands with a left-handed draw.”
Why do you titter so?
We deal in lead, friend.
“I need a hacksaw.”

From reading: “Overhead, without any fuss, the stars were going out.”
From TV: "In this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics!
From Movie: " I’m Hub McCann. I’ve fought in two World Wars and countless smaller ones on three continents. I led thousands of men into battle with everything from horses and swords to artillery and tanks. I’ve seen the headwaters of the Nile, and tribes of natives no white man had ever seen before. I’ve won and lost a dozen fortunes, KILLED MANY MEN and loved only one woman with a passion a FLEA like you could never begin to understand. That’s who I am. NOW, GO HOME, BOY!"
From Movie 2: “Tell you what we’re gonna do. We’re gonna sit right here and talk about it. Now, if you get tired of talking here, Mr. Marshal Elving Patrick there will hand you one of them subpoenas he’s got stuck down in his pocket, and we’ll go downstairs and talk in front of the grand jury. Now we’ll talk all day if you want to. But, come sundown, there’s gonna be two things true that ain’t true now. One is that the United States Department of Justice is going to know what in the good Christ - excuse me, Angie - is going on around here. And the other’s I’m gonna have somebody’s ass in my briefcase.”
“When you have to shoot, shoot. Don’t talk.”
Tuco in The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly?
Yes. Tuco.
“When I am rich I will stop hating rich people and start hating poor people. That’s the American Way.”
