Tire store aroma.
Puppy breath.
The scent of hundreds of bushels of apples for sale at an apple orchard.
Mirandy, a particular tea rose.
Cinnamon rolls and honeysuckle, both wonderful.
The smell of baking waffle cones you get at ice cream shops.
For some reason I love the smell of WD40. It is not (only) nostalgia, I always loved it.
For sentimental reasons I love the smell of lumber (like 2x4’s at Home Depot)
Pipe tobacco (not burning, just in the shop)

Oh man, I forgot roasting green chiles. Mmmmmm. There’s nothing better than driving along and catching that aroma from the guy roasting chiles on the side of the road.
Ooo I forgot sandalwood. Definitely on the list.
Also:
Ferrets. If I go to a pet store I always go over and rub myself with a ferret.
I forgot lavender. I like it as a cooking/baking ingredient too. Not too much, or it’s “soapy”. But I love it, e.g lemonade with a bit of lavender syrup.
Ripe peaches is another great one.
Horses.
Honeysuckle.
Peonies.
Magnolia flowers.
Campfires.
Pine.
Puppy breath.
Every once in a while when I come to work in the morning the area is permeated by an aroma from the nearby Guittard Chocolate factory. It’s similar to the smell of baking brownies, and you can smell it for blocks around. It’s wonderful.
A two-stroke boat motor idling at sun-up. Nothing better…

Many things in this thread.
One that’s not mentioned yet is the clean fur of my cats. Part of snuggle time includes me burying my nose into neck or belly fur (depending on which cat!) and inhaling deeply. Don’t know how to describe “clean fur” smell. It’s subtle.
Fruit orchards right before harvest.
Last weekend I was driving home from a vacation in the Outer Banks, and on a state highway in rural Pitt County, N.C., drove past a horse farm. I sniffed and said “Ah, horses.” Yeah, good smell.
