I’m guessing someone in an office across the street found it hilarious so just filmed him occasionally. Guy looks sort of like Michael Anthony Hall circa Farmer Ted. And some of his moves were more Vanilla Ice than MJ. Still, agree that we need more people out there just enjoying the moment. Do wish he’d pick up his butts, though.
