I refuse to look it up, because the song annoys me so very, very much, but there’s one they’re thrashing to death on the radio at the moment in which the (female) lead keeps raving on and on about how she sucks “according to you” but she’s a total goddess “according to him”. At this point, I’m thinking the first guy might have been right on the money. Then she goes and removes all doubt by starting this whole “Whyyyyyyy, why can’t you love me like he does?”

So. Not only is she a total loser, whiny cow, but she’s also a faithless bitch who’s got a guy who adores her (According To Her, anyway) but the whole time she’s busy fantasising about the guy she’s just been whining about.

I hate that song. I hate it so much. I hate that I have to listen to it play on the radio in my office at least three times a day.

According to ME, that stupid bitch is a waste of oxygen. I’m not sure if it counts as one of the ‘best songs about whiney losers’ but I’m inclined to think it’d have to be up in the Top 10 most annoying.

My favorites, as in I actually like the songs , have been mentioned, so I’ll throw out Kelly Clarkson’s “Because of You”. Good god, what self pitying, whiny, cliched dreck.

Here’s the loser’s lament in it’s vomitocious entirety.

Gah. Bitch is so deep in her pitty pot she can’t be bothered to stick to any kind of meter or rhyme scheme.

Thanks. I hate this song. It’s supposed to be about surviving an abusive childhood. That makes me hate it even more. The protagonist is not resilient, she is a coward who apparently refuses to make positive changes in her life because it’s more comfortable to blame her parents for everything.
