The Good Place the smartest dumbest show on broadcast TV
Parks and Recreation
Brooklyn 99 (TGP, P&R and B99 all share the same creative family tree so no surprise they are all good).
The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt They alive, dammit!
I just started watching The Leftovers so I hope it lives up to its reputation. The first episode was good.
One great show that hasn’t been mentioned yet: Spartacus. It would have been my greatest guilty pleasure of the decade if I felt any guilt about my pleasures, which I don’t. It’s a pulp masterpiece, with more “FUCK YEAH!!” moments than any other show this decade, and unlike that *other *show about naked people whacking at each other with swords, it actually nailed the landing.
Just started watching this after it showing up on Netflix as a recommendation for me last night. Already through five episodes (out of 12.) This is an absolute cracker of a show, with inspired writing. How have I not heard of this before?
I’m going to add the Great British Bake Off. Who knew watching people bake could be interesting and dramatic?

Oooh, forgot two miniseries already mentioned:
Chernobyl
Watchmen
Game of Thrones - so hard to exclude this one. It would be like asking for the names of the greatest movies of all times and then excluding The Godfather or The Ten Commandments or Shawshank Redemption.
Law and Order - This would be next on my list. A truly magnificent TV show.
Mayday - a documentary type of program that documents all of the biggest airplane crashes. It’s not exactly a documentary. But it is a great concept and is often very well done. Well worth watching this one.
