Wanting to help sell 2 U2 concert tickets in Barcelona Spain (for a friend). Been looking at Stubhub, but she was hesitant because they require a copy of a utility bill and Passport or Driver License to do that (and Paypal email address). Also some reviews indicate it is easy to get ripped off doing this. So any advice is appreciated as to how to do this and also how safe is StubHub and their doc requirements.
