All from one movie, you ask? Nay, all from one line of dialogue! Name it!
What’s “rosebud” from?
I should know this and it’s driving me CRAZY!
Never did much for me, but a female friend of mine (who was nothing if not candid) admitted that she’s watched her favourite movie The Unbearable Lightness of Being umpteen times and that when it gets to the scene where Daniel Day Lewis gives his mistress a smouldering look and says
“Strip!”
she, errr, soaks her panties every time.
Funnily enough, that summarizes the plot of the movie in question.
Citizen Kane.
NightRabbit, it’s from Citizen Kane

Damn! Four Rooms
Guess this one:
The last word of the movie:
“What?”
Spy Game. The whole movie kicks ass (you can’t even talk or you’ll miss something) but I think the best single-word-line is:
“Go.”
It’s actually “Thirty seconds. Go. Now.” But I like just plain “Go.”
According to Cecil it’s also the shortest sentence in the English language.
Hey, I already said that…but I’m glad to see someone else out there knows what’s what. It drove a lot of people crazy when it was said originally too! (and still does apparently) but then a lot of people today have probably never even seen this movie! Not enough action…
“Citizen Kane” is arguably but commonly accepted as probably the greatest movie ever made and the most famous word/line ever said in any movie is “Rosebud”.

Not just my opinion, this is only one critic out of many over the years.
