Between Heaven and Hell is a book that portrays C. S. Lewis, Huxley and Jack Kennedy in the afterlife’s waiting room. While waiting to find out what happens next, they discuss theological issues. And that’s all I know. It’s a big hit with Christian apologists. Has anybody read it? I’m a non-believer who’s considering reading it just to see if I can pick it apart, and I’m wondering if it’s actually well-written enough to be worth my ten bucks.
I read it many years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I was young.
Interestingly enough, though the Christian “wins”, the other’s don’t really lose, IIRC. (I think that this is unusual for Christian authors. IIRC, his follow up books with Socrates are more heavy handed.)
