It is hard to imagine that someone can be so deluded as to write this not tongue-in-cheek. But it seems to be serious.

The article claiming it’s a hoax has some things wrong. For example, it claims that the site is registered to “Elijah Adiasany”. A quick lookup on whois shows that that claim is wrong. And as the article said, some other articles on the site, while still ridiculous, are quite the “mainstream” of the loonie left kind of thinking.
