Biden is using the belly stairs on AF-1 because he kept falling down the regular stairs. Best to avoid any physical challenges. He needs to keep his answers short and not worry about using all his time. Conserving his voice is important at this point.

Biden did end better. But he won’t have persuaded many Trump voters. And only some of those independent voters who care more about policy than posturing.
