Big band song title

Can anyone provide a citation for this big band novelty song?

It’s a want ad for a band member with very specific requirements as to the instruments that he can play. I particularly remember that he “also drives the bus” and that he wears a size 47 suit. Google isn’t helping very much.

The public library I work at is losing our bookkeeper/office manager/circulation staff/children’s room person and I would love to play it for her as an illustration of the ad we need to post to replace her.

I am looking for a specific answer, but if the mods deem it as cafe society material, feel free to move it.
