Why do I fear Sheldon will be offering relationship advice?
Okay, that star trek regulation gag was great.
I am too old. There were a couple of cultural references in that one that went straight over my head. What was it about a time traveling mailbox at a lake house?
The Lake House
Wow, they finally got Keanu and Sandra back together again. It’s almost like Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn. Somehow I managed to miss the whole thing. Is there a cult following or something? Have most people here heard of this?
So, is Tiffany (is it?) a permanent character? I mean, this is the second episode with her.
In a row no less.
Very cool.
I’m not a facebook user at all, but somehow I really liked the way they integrated it… especially Sheldon’s outrage over doctor redhead throwing a sheep at some other guy.
Dr. Stephanie Myer, I believe.
And “throwing a sheep” was another one I didn’t get. Don’t have a Facebook account, either.
I googled. This is probably the clearest hit.

Hey, I barely admit that I heard of the film…
Favorite bits: When Sheldon HAD to complete the third knock, knock, knock “Penny!” even though she was standing there with the door open, and when Raj went “Ooo!” and Penny said “What’s wrong, Rajy? Did Timmy fall down the well?”
I fear this show is becoming the Sheldon Cooper show. I think Leonard should get more lines!
My favorite part was when Leonard, sarcastically, said, “Thank you, Dr. Cooper,” and Sheldon, uncomprehendingly, said “Thank you, Dr. Hosfstadter?”
“Dr. Sheldon Cooper…for the win.”
I still loved the line ruined in the previews…
Sheldon gestures with his laptop: Tell me what this is!
Leonard: The central piece of evidence in my murder trial?
My SO is a bit of a geek, professionally.
Last week, I got to meet some of the people he works with at a BBQ.
After, we were talking about it and the people. “So and so is the person that I told you about before–(I’m awful with names, I have to know the story).”
This one guy was skinny and tall and said to me, well after we’d done hellos, “You’re utterly freezing, aren’t you?” Me: Uh, yes. I am. Him: Well. You should leave.
So SO is talking about people and he talks about that guy. Me: You mean, Sheldon?
SO: Holy shit. He is Sheldon!
I don’t know, as clueless about social interaction as Sheldon is, can we swallow that he’s up on the latest Facebook stuff? I would think he’d not even be aware social networking sites exist, much less understand the significance of “throwing a sheep.”
That said, I loved Sheldon’s attempt to remove Leonard from command…and Leonard’s repsponse.
Oh, and Raj is a redshirt. Poor Raj.
And Penny can interpret when Raj whimpers at her…hee hee hee.
I don’t think he is “up” on Facebook stuff. Look how bent out of shape he got over her giving a harmless gift to another guy - he assigned way too much importance to it to be a regular on Facebook or any other networking site. However, I do think it would be more of a stretch to image that people who use the internet to turn off a lamp would NOT have a Facebook page.
My favorite line of the night was from Penny: “I could just think of you.”
I have feared in the past that it was turning into a Sheldon show, but I think they are moving him out of the middle and just slowly passing the spotlight.
My favorite line: “It appears I’m 14 days too early.”
I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at a PMS joke before, but this one was nicely done.
Were it not for The Young and the Restless and The Big Bang Theory, Mrs. Homie probably wouldn’t even own a TV.
I thought the show was a bit mediocre but it had 3 or 4 REALLY funny lines. That being the greatest of them all.
