I hope those young folks in Houston don’t take his advice to heart though - "study hard, exercise, and vote " I’m pretty sure that Grade 2 students are not allowed to vote.
Not after the new voter ID laws are rolled out. Before that, I’m sure there were droves of kindergärtners attracted to garish colours and Democratic promises of not having to work as a janitor.

His idea of a little joke. He’s not prone to making them often, particularly when he’s focused. Stewart’s little japes just bounced off of him with no noticeable effect.
Yes, he did seem to have zero sense of humor in the part of the interview I saw. That’s fine, he had some interesting and important things to say, but he could barely crack a smile.
Also, he has clearly lost weight, so maybe he’s cranky.

He intentionally dropped weight for Chelsea’s wedding a few years ago and I believe he’s said he’s a near vegetarian now for health reasons.

Yeah, he had two open-heart surgeries since he left office and that rang the bell…he went vegan and lost a LOT of weight.
I’ve heard the vegan thing before, and I just want to say that a world where Bill Clinton doesn’t shove Quarter Pounders gleefully into his face is a place I just don’t want to live in anymore. Everything I held dear as a wide-eyed youth is just evaporating before my very eyes.
