That’s the worst overpopulation solution I’ve ever heard, next to rounding up the undesirables and shooting them.
It would completely break all the services that society has in place for taking care of little kids, throwing day care workers, obstetricians, manufacturers of baby products, etc., out of work for years, followed shortly by elementary school teachers, middle school teachers, then high school. Also the ET’s assist him with robots and such. Meier had a dream warning him of an attack. So he put a steel shield where the bullet would strike. He has the steal plate now dented with a bullet mark. The CIA and moo sad are now neutral toward Billy.
You guys are going to have to do your own homework on the birth stop plan. The ET’s who figured it out are no dummies.
