How do you feel about the possibility of biological/chemical attacks? They are a very real possibility now and we are completely unprepared for them. I for one am very concerned that we could be wiped out by anthrax or sarin gas. Wouldn’t it seem to be the next logical step in the terrorists agenda? Anthrax could wipe out 10 million Americans in a matter of days. Scary stuff…
No one has an opinion on this? I find that hard to believe…
How do I feel? It is a terrifying thought. But I refuse to live in fear, to be afraid is what the terrorists hope to accomplish.
Actually no, what these particular terorists want is for all Jews and Americans to die. This isn’t your garden variety terrorism. They want mass amounts of Americans dead and Biological warfare is a shure fire way to do it. People need to be aware of this MAJOR threat!

The average knowledge level around here is pretty high. It’s just that you’ve managed to bring up an even more sore point than I have recently.
Yes, the threat of biological warfare is siginificant. The ease of manufacture and delivery both make it a prime choice for terrorists. Since you have mentioned your contacts with military people your are probably aware of our response doctrine for NBC (Nuclear, Biological & Chemical) warfare.
Attack us with any of the three agents and we will responded with any of them in retaliation.
In other words, we will nuke back to the stoneage any organization that uses biological or chemical weapons on us as we see merited. It’s the principle reason why under no circumstances must we use nukes in Afghanistan. That way we will have never escalated to them first. Terrorist nuclear reprisal would surely follow. The terrorists will have only one nuke, we will have enough to glass over their homeland ten times. That sort of threat is not to be squandered.
If you want to do people a favor, post a few links to some not too gruesome sites about Bio Warfare. People do need to understand the urgency of the risk we all stand, it’s just may not be the perfect time for an extended discussion of it.
