Don’t feel paranoid about combining methods. The pill/condom combination worked well for my ex and I, and I plan to use it in the future, should I ever have the opportunity again.

The pill/condom combo is good, and I found that using KY Spermicide as well gives me a bit more peace of mind.
Reminds me of a Whopee Goldberg standup. She tells of her friend who was on the pill, had an IUD, and used a diaphragm and condoms… the baby was born wearing armor.
