One of life’s simple pleasures is fresh, homemade biscotti and good coffee.
To my co-workers: I only put the canister of biscotti in the breakroom to be polite. I didn’t really mean for y’all to eat it; especially not all in one day.

Now I’ll have to make more.
Fortunately, biscotti isn’t at all hard to make. Make some for you and JUST you, and enjoy it all by your lonesome, keeping in mind that you probably made the holidays just a little brighter for someone else.
(It should be noted that a tin of biscotti left anywhere in my general vicinity would NEVER get shared.)
