i thought id start a discussion up on the most hated family in sport. The Oystons and the fate of Blackpool FC.

Blackpool FC where in trouble and the Oystons saved the club by buying it for £1.00
Owen claimed that he was a lifelong fan.
While Owen still owns the club, he is not allowed to run it, due to his conviction for raping a 16 year old girl. (under the Fit and Proper test)
Now Blackpool FC got into the premier league back in the 2010-2011 season. The oystons still claim today, that it was them that got them up there, however they did not spend a penny of their wealth or the clubs money, the funds to reach the premiership came from a loan by the president Valerie Belakon.
This is where the trouble started (although it had been bubbling for many many years, as the fans have always disliked the owners and in turn the owners hated the fans, the town and karl (the chairman hates football). )
on reaching the Premier league a win that netted the club £90 million pounds. (karl gave his dad an 11 million pound bonus (which turned out later to be in the 20’s of millions) but refused to pay the bonus to the players.

Now Karl oyston is not new to not honouring contracts or payments, refusing to pay builders anything for the work they did for him.
It is estimated that at least £26m has been paid to the Oyston family — principally to father Owen, the convicted rapist — and their numerous businesses since 2011. The club’s former shorts sponsors, Bradley’s Builders, who did many jobs for the club, claim they were left bankrupt by Karl Oyston after a dispute over payments.

and even when he divorced his wife, he claimed bankruptcy by moving his funds to his dads, so his wife would not get a penny.

when this was over his money mysteriously returned and he returned to his job as chairman.
while in the premiership Blackpool FC didnt spend any money on players, and The oystons kept saying the money was there for “a Rainy day” but later accounts show the money was being lent out on no-reapyment loans to other oyston companies, then on to other oyston company’s before disappearing never to be seen again. (however oyston to this day says the money is there if we need it)
Now blackpool did not manage to remain in the prem, and we went back into the championship. We attempted to and nearly returned to the prem on the first time of asking but lost at wembley to west ham.
This is when the rot set in. suddenly Blackpool started selling off their players, and not replacing them with karl oyston waiting to the very last minute to sign them (so he didnt have to pay them( (Blackpool FC pays its players £90 per week out of season, the lowest of any professional club).
Also of note karl oyston only allows himself to do anything in the club he controls everything. and always goes on holiday during the transfer windows and “cannot be reached” until its over so he doesnt have to buy players.
the training ground has no hot water, and now has no training rooms, as they decided the footballers do not need changing rooms when they could drive back the the football ground to shower (but with only cold water) and change. They also do not provide food or drinks to the footballers, and they have to wash their own kits, as well as buy their own kits. one manager called the club training ground hell and has the sign "centre of ExcellAnce) (with an A)
we started the season with 8 players and this happened for 2 seasons in a row.
last season we had no pre season friendly’s due to not having enough players. we had to use the goal keeping coach as we had no goalie and karl would not sign a keeper until the last minute a few games in, to save money. The money he saves from doing this gets siphoned out of the club into other oyston holdings, before vanishing. for a rainy day… Our training ground is a field. (sometimes have to train on the beach as the field is flooded or frozen).

he has taken to sueing fans if they say anything he doesnt like online, and using thugs to attack people, who stand upto him.

he recently sued a pensioner, he is also suing a forum for refusing to break data protection laws (well he said he would sue them for deflaminary messages posted then deleted on the forum if the site owner refused to give him the names of and details of the forum users. they refused to break the law so are being sued.

the oystons tried to sue a man for holding up a newspaper doctored to say “we are thieves” by removing the “not” which got photographed and seen on tv. they originally wanted 25k in losses which they claimed was lost by karl owen and the company by this being shown on tv, 2 days before the trial they changed the amount to 250k. The ended up dropping the case and will have to pay around 200k in court costs., they are currently suing 10 other fans, and looking for more they can sue for any slight. they also tried to sue the sun and the daily mail, and channel 4.

rather than spend money on the team, he has a small army of private investigators and lawyers that go on forums posting messages to try to lure people into replying and saying things against oyston, which they then use and hunt the users down and sue and ban them. They sent thugs round to threaten the wives and partners of fans with violence, made threateneing calls late at night threatening the people they are suing and in once case smashed up a van.
owen oyston came and met the fans they where going to stop suing people then announced the next day they where looking to sue 10 more people and wanted them to turn themselves into the club so they could be sued.
we are mostly boycotting the games to try to starve them out and not spending money in their businesses, but they continue to taunt us and use the BFC website to send out personal attacks on fans and the press. (they banned the gazette from entering BFC or talking to the manager or players, because they stopped karls column where he attacked fans and made up lies) they ban or sue any news agency that says anything they dont want revealing, even if its true.
I made this thread to show people the corruption and evil in the family and in sport.
we ask fans all over the world to help us stop his “never ending conference revenge mission” that he told the fans he was doing. how they let a sex offender, own and a man who hate the town, hates the people, hates football, and hates the be a chairman of a football club is shocking. and how he floats the rules and laws.
even karls sons try to wind fans up. they are an evil family.
