OK, I could care less whether you like the band or the song or not. Anyway, I’ve heard this song a couple of times, and it sounds a lot like someone committed suicide or was threatening, so anyone have the Straight Dope?
Yeah, the band has said that it’s about their friend that committed suicide. I really like the song, but it does make me a little sad. When the video for it first came out on MuchMusic, a suicide help-line number was put up before it.
