Are blue balls a common malady? Is it more prevalent with youngsters? I have never experienced it. When I was young it may be because I relieved myself regularly. I have heard this term for years and almost feel cheated that I have not experienced it. I have had my share of girls as a teenager that would take me right to the edge and stop so I probably should have experienced it.
I only remember experiencing it once, a few years ago. When my girlfriend and I first started seeing each other, it had been a few years for both of us since we’d had sex of any sort. The first time we fooled around, she went down on me for a good ten or fifteen minutes, but I was so nervous about it I was having a hard time keeping it up, and couldn’t finish. (I tried to return the favor, but I couldn’t get her off, either.)
When I went home that night, the ache started up. It was a dull pain, not disabling, but definitely unpleasant.
Haven’t had it in a long time, but it’s definitely real. I remember it as a dull ache that actually didn’t go away right after I took things into my hands. It was maybe the next day when I felt normal again.
Not sure how common it is but after about 3 days of not taking care if I get that ache, especially if there’s been much unfulfilled arousal. I’m nearly 40, so it’s not just a teen problem.
I’ve only had it once. I went home with a girl, we got naked and spent about 2 hours making out. Then she went to sleep. The next morning I had trouble walking until I took care of myself once I made it back to my hotel room.
You do know the balls don’t actually turn blue, right?
I used to get it as a teenager if I was making out with my girlfriend but went no further. They would ache like crazy, but once relief was obtained, things felt much better.
Has anybody here indicated that they do?
They can sure get sad though.

Reilly. Then try keeping a straight face as you walk into work, the gossip chain having beaten you there. Then try explaining to your dad why it would be cool if he could get up and drive your uniform and gear to your job. Then try enduring the all-day ribbing from your co-workers while you performed all the shift’s physical tasks.
Then you will know 19-year-old Scrappy’s pain. His dull, throbbing, incessant, unrelievable pain.
I don’t think it’s even the balls that are the problem, but the prostate. If it was a buildup in the testicles, there would be no way for vasectomised men to get relief from it.

Just kidding but totally a real thing and quite painful. If you don’t finish after some prolonged sex there can be consequences…
I think it may be a YMMV kind of thing. I’ve had unfinished prolonged sex on occasion without consequence. I’ve never experienced this condition.
Blue balls happen. My older sister’s boyfriend advised me to grab the bumper of a car and try to pick it up. Lift up really hard and hold for as long as possible. That never worked and it left me with aching nuts and sore legs.:mad:
