Bluetooth problem on new MacBook - Monterey

I have a new MacBook Pro 13" with an M1 chip and Monterey OS, and I’m having Bluetooth issues.

  1. The wireless mouse I use with my 15" MacBook Pro (2019) running Big Sure is not connecting to the new computer. I’ve tried turning the mouse off and on, turning Bluetooth off and on, and restarting the computer. Bluetooth isn’t finding the mouse.
  2. My iPhone is found. It says ‘Not connected.’ If I click on it, it says ‘Connected’ and then says ‘Not connected.’

How do I fix this?

Bonus Question: I connect to our printer with a USB cord. When I try to print, I get the window. I click Print, but nothing happens.
