Board Software capability question

Is there a feature of the vbb software that can place some sort of “auto-moderation” requirement on a poster?

To explain what I’m talking about, I mean merely that it would prevent a post going directly from the “edit” window to the “Submit” button, but would require a “Preview” button to be actuated first. This would allow (force) the poster to have an opportunity to catch egregious coding errors before submitting them. Nothing to stop them from pushing them through with the errors intact, but at least everybody would know they were doing it on purpose.

Maybe after some sort of probation period (measured in either number of posts or time after registration, or a combination of the two), the poster would have the ability to override the restriction from their “user CP” page.

What would this accomplish? It sounds like a solution in search of a problem. What coding errors are new people making? Some new posters’ threads are pretty incomprehensible, but I put that down to laziness and an over-reliance upon textspeak. Or poor typing skills.

There’s a currently operating thread in GD, ostensibly about creationism, that has a couple of egregious examples at the top of page 8 (posts 351 & 352 for people who default to something other than 50 posts per page).

A link to it would be considered good practice and would certainly be helpful for others to understand.

I understand, and normally I would do so. However, this morning I am posting from my L G Optimus Prime (or whatever the damn thing is called). I haven’t yet figured out how to c&p with it.

Sorry.

Now that I’m at a real computer, here are the two posts I was talking about.

No problem. I sympathize with the pain of trying to post from a phone.
