Bob Ross (TV painter). What the hell was that?

Saw The Last Jedi yesterday. In what I thought was a trailer/teaser, there was an obvious parody of Bob Ross. He’s that guy that does instruction/teaching how to paint on TV. Generally uses big brushes. Oddly, he was wearing some sort of Spider Man mask, but had the big afro.

What was that? Didn’t see anything or a clear movie name or advertisement. My Wife thinks it was some sort of “Don’t do drugs” public service announcement, :dubious: but I think she was distracted. I have bad hearing, but caught as much as I could.

What ever it was, it was very interesting. Anyone else see this and know what the heck it is?

Here ya go. Deadpool 2

Deadpool 2 Trailer?

Betty White, lol!!!

Super weird, since Bob Ross really was one of the mellowest dudes ever to be on television.

Wait… what did you say?

But before that, Bob Ross was an Air Force drill sergeant.

Thanks (you too USCDiver). That’s it.

Speaking of Bob Ross WTFs…have you’ll seen the Bob Ross remix video?

And they showed that before Star Wars? I think there must have been a mistake somewhere along the line: They’re not supposed to show profanity in trailers before family movies.

You’re eating hair!!!

I want a copy of that X-men painting.

I saw the poster on the wall at the AMC Galewood 14 the other night, so you should be able to get one if you really want.

Here it is 1294 x 2048. Print yourself a copy.

ETA: BTW, Stan Lee has a cameo in the painting! Wait; it’s funnier than that: A painting of Stan Lee has a cameo in a painting of Deadpool et. al.!
