So I’m interested in knowing how much fat is contained in the average breast. Specifically, in terms of body fat %.
Do breasts have a negligible or significant impact on a person’s body fat %? I’ve noticed the ‘‘Healthy Body Fat’’ % for women is much higher than for men. Is that in order to compensate for breasts?
And let’s say someone has much larger than average breasts. Is that accounted for?
Women have more fat in their hips and thighs than men do, too, contributing to a higher overall body fat.
As far as large breasts being accounted for, it depends on what test is used. I’m sure you already readthe Wiki page; some methods take into account breast size while others don’t.
