Now my cat is walking around, expecting some play time, since it is now bedtime.
What an amazing coincidence - I had a McDonald’s burger the other day too. I don’t usually go to McDonald’s but a couple of days ago I was in the city and I was hungry, and it was there and it’s pretty cheap and you know what you’re getting. It was quite funny really, I changed my mind two or three times before ordering. At first I thought I’d get a double cheeseburger, then I thought I’d get a Big Mac, then maybe a quarter-pounder with cheese. In the end I went for the double cheeseburger, same as you. Which is doubly hilarious because I don’t normally bother with cheese on a burger. I got fries too which I don’t normally get, but I’d skipped lunch and was pretty hungry. I was thinking about getting a Coke but I find it too sickly, so I had Sprite. Then I played on my phone while I was eating. What a day!
I’m happy to see that this is a quarry free thread.
There’s lint on my shirt sleeve. Reminds me I need to stop at a store on the way home and pick up some floss.
I just spent almost two hours getting my car tags renewed: close to an hour at the emissions testing station in the rain; over half an hour in line getting the stickers. The excitement was palpable because some kid cried and howled for at least 10 minutes while I was standing in line. I didn’t have a stopwatch or other timer; these times are estimates.
Citrus flavours are my favourite.
I finished a bottle of shampoo this morning. I have a full bottle ready for tomorrow.
My dog needs his nails trimmed… maybe manana.
The stitching on my leather cellphone case stitching has frayed a bit. I should dig out some scissors and tidy it up, but I can’t be bothered.

My dog is sleeping on the couch. The cats are curled up in their cat beds. Darcy snores, but Owen doesn’t.
I’m going to get a glass of wine. It’s past noon, so I’m allowed.
I don’t hear any sirens in the distance, the sun is shining, maybe I need a nap.
I think my dinner is going to be really tasty.
