And that’s all the DQs. Those who have earned a DQ this round may ask one question in the form of “Are you Firstname Lastname?” If no one has guessed her by noon tomorrow, I’ll reveal the identity.

Are you… Lily Von Schtupp (Madalyn Kahn) from*** Blazing Saddles?***

I am indeed the Teutonic Titwillow, Lili Von Shtupp!

Well done, astorian!

Grats astorian. I was nowhere near the mark.

I was nowhere near the mark unti lthge last second, myself.

One nitpick- Madalyn Kahn was nominated as Best Supporting ACtress, and probably deserved it… but the award went to Ingrid Bergman for a lackluster performance in Murder on the Orient Express. Ingrid had been sort of blackballed in Hollywood afetr she left her husband for Roberto Rosselini, and the Oscar was probably Hollywood’s way of saying, “All is forgiven.”
Okay… I have one, for the letter** S**

IQ1: Were you the bassist for jazz fusion band Return to Forever?
IQ2: Did you direct scenes for a famous movie in which your actors thought they were doing a drama, but actually turned out to be a comedy?
IQ3: Do you play Caesar Flickerman in the Hunger Games movies?

(One final nitpick: it’s **Madeline **Kahn.)

IQs:

 1. Did you edit the Textus Receptus of 1550?
 2. Were you the drunk snake in the comic strip Pogo?
 3. Were you the Half-Blood Prince?

I was wondering if it might be a western, but I’ve never seen that movie (not a big Mel Brooks fan) so I would never have guessed it.
IQ1: Were you originally Josip Dzhugashvili?
IQ2: Did they call you “Vinegar Joe”?
IQ3: Were you a senior auror who was a member of the Order of the Phoenix?

Good one, astorian! I shoulda thought of Blazing Saddles.

On to S…

IQs:

After Dean Martin, are you the best-known person born in your hometown?
Was this hometown named after you, another S?
Did Lincoln appoint you to an important post in late 1864?

Not… Stanley Clarke?

Take two DQs for the others

Not Snavely or Severus Snape.

Take a DQ for #1

#1 was Stephanus, aka Robert Etienne.
Correct on 2 and 3.

Ah, the first DQ in our new Forum.

DQ: Real?

Oh. Hasn’t been moved yet. Never mind.

Looks like all the games are being moved- I currently can’t reply to previous questions. I will answer them (or not) as soon as we’re in the Thread Game section.
