Boudin in the oven

I was going to make pancakes, bacon, and eggs, but… something came up. So instead I sliced up half an onion, put boudin on top, closed the foil, and put it in the oven. I don’t have any rolls, so I’ll just make a sandwich with wheat bread.

Breakfast in an hour!

Ooh, I think I might have some in the freezer - thanks for reminding me! Time for a visit to Uli’s, too.

My propensity for sausages has been mentioned. They’re not appearing on the menu as often as they had been. :frowning: (Also, I tend to like the hotter kinds, which the roomie doesn’t.)

None for the Belgians, though.
