Bought a crappy download on PS4. Any chance I can get my money back?

I bought Dragon’s Lair Trilogy (Dragon’s Lair, Dragon’s lair II, and Space Ace).

The darn thing plays fine for the first game. But after the game is over, and I try to continue, the screen just goes black. The only way to fix it is to end the program and restart it.

So, is there any chance Sony will refund my money? (Or, I’d rather they fix it, but I’m guessing that’s unlikely).

When you contacted Sony and asked, what did they say?

All of the download services have different policies, and I don’t know Sony’s, but I’d be amazed if they don’t offer refunds for “game just plain doesn’t work”.
