You got this one right. 100%. Starving “to victimize women” Artist needs to be banned. He brings nothing good to the board. And that’s the only way to take something away from him as a consequence of his behavior. He won’t stop his abhorrent arguments. He loves it. He gets off on it. So, let’s take that away from him.

I agree with Smooth’s argument that labeling people racist/misogynist/whatevs based on one act of speech is a bad approach on pragmatic grounds.
Also, it’s uncharitable. We all fail at life in all its aspects; when our failures are at the level of sincere thought or speech, it seems like the right thing not to ascribe evil motives to someone who messed up once.
(YMMV on whether Starving Artist deserves that kind of intellectual charity, obvs.)
