Unfortunately life is in a huge tangle right now, and inviting someone into the mess would not be nice, but still I can’t help but wish every once in a while, haha!

I’m getting there (except I wouldn’t mind having a GIRLfriend) My life has been a huge tangle (called college) for a while now, but I can finally see the light at the end of the end of the tunnel. At the same time, I finally feel some inklings of desire to be around women again. It’s beena long time coming, let me tell you.

A Girl, other than that we live on opposite sides of this country, and that I’m probably over 10 years younger than you . . . um, this probably isn’t helping my case, is it?
It would be a nice change to have someone to hug other than my mother.

While the ex and I ignore each other, I find the single life fun and full of surprises.
Whenever you actively seek out a life-mate or SO, in my experience, you look desperate (Not saying that you are).
I find that whenever you don’t look, they often come out of the woodwork and you can be pleasantly surprised.
Act like you don’t give a shit about your status, and somehow you’ll become more attractive.
I know the feeling, although like Lizard et al. I prefer the distaff side of the equation.
The real frustration is that there’s a little too much chance or fate involved. You never really know in advance where you’re going to find inspiration. But then if it was easy, everybody would be doing it. Which they are.
Yup, I can relate, excet for the tangle part. Life is going really well right now, and things are moving along smoothly. Which unfortunately has the side effect of allowing me more time to ponder my lack of companionship full time, without distractions as simple as financial struggles, graduating college, choosing a careerpath, or chronic illness.
So yeah, it’d be nice to track down a hottie to kill what free time I have remaining.
Damn it, I’m just not exposed to the other gender very often these days.
I’m not sure I want the mess. But, if you’ll give me sex, I’ll pretend to listen. 
Sorry about that. I know how you feel, except for the tangle part. My life’s going pretty good right now except for the whole single thing. Good luck, though. I hope everything works out for you.

I just got out of a 7 month (yes, just 7 months!) marriage were I did 75% of the cooking, 85% of the cleaning, and brought home 80% of the income. I got a new (much cooler) place, and have just about gotten everything separated.
I’m pretty much just waiting on the papers and now I am soooooo ready for a new girlfriend!
