The Sunday Times of London is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have signed an agreement to legally separate, according to Australian press.
I thought they weren’t going to divorce until gay people were allowed to do so.
Back off jerks. She’s mine.
Don’t the tabloids report that every couple of weeks?
Even though I have no stake in it at all, I kind of hope Brad gets back together with Jennifer. I like her better and I think she is good for him. Angelina may be gorgeous and has compassion for humanity and all (but then so does Jennifer from what I have read) but she is sort of “out there”. I have never gotten over her behavior with Billy Bob Thorton or that make out session with her brother…I think Brad and his kids need a little more normalcy in their lives.
And speaking of the kids…how sad is that? It’s bad enough when a “normal” couple divorces and working out who gets whom and when, and the children are always left wondering or choosing sides and all that hateful stuff that goes with it. But now, for so many of them and in such unusual circumstances to begin with…my heart goes out to them. It’s hard enough to feel loved by the parent you only see every other weekend and to get quality time with them when you share them with siblings…just imagine how hard it will be to get such limited time with one parent but also to have to share that time with your 6 (5? I forget do they have six kids or seven?) other siblings. The logistics boggle my mind.
Even if they don’t, I fully expect tabloids to say/hint they are/will. After all, they did so while Brad and Angelina were officially still together.
Perez Hilton- what? Quit looking at me like that!;)- is reporting that Brad and Angelina’s rep say that they are NOT breaking up and not to believe the rumors.
As noted above, the tabloids have been reporting a break-up (and Brad reuniting with Jen) since their relationship began…so who knows at this point.
I don’t believe it any more than I believe Tom Cruise and the Katebot are going to split up. The tabloids would cease production if they didn’t have made-up stories about Brad and Angelina splitting, or calling up Jennifer Anniston in the middle of the night, or another adoption coming down the pike. I’ll believe it when I see it, until then it’s just more gossip to keep the gossip industry chugging along.
I think this one is for real - the rumours are starting to come in more frequently and with more detail, instead of just the usual once per month rumour. Does that make any sense, even? Maybe it would make more sense to just say this one has my Spidey sense tingling - I think they’ll deny deny deny for about three months, then say, “Yeah, we’re splitting.”.
I know it’s silly to care- whatever, but I really want them to stay together. Besides, how can we have that threesome if they split?? I think what may have happened is that they went to a lawyer and made a type of prenup for cohabitators- spelled out what would happen if they were to split. Which makes sense to do when you have that kind of money and that many kids- it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re splitting.
It sounds like that might be exactly the case. It was reported about the document and the amounts and custody arrangements, if we can believe those reports; but it was also called a “pre-nup” which would be silly if they had already broken up (not the document itself, just the naming of it as a pseudo-pre-nup).
For what it’s worth People Magazine (the .com version anyway) is apparently now reporting that the rumors are false and that they have information “from several sources close to the couple” but that means about as much as me saying it. 
I do think a break-up is inevitable (although I have no reason to believe that, it is just a celebrity thing) so it is probably just a matter of time. If the tabloids keep reporting that they have broken up, then eventually they will get it right.

I’m glad they’re not splitting. I don’t know why I want them to stay together, but I do.
I do not care at all about Brad and Angie, but the kids deserve a stable home, so I hope they stay together, retire to the country, and become hermits.
:Sigh: Where do you go from here, Angie? You’d traded up to the World’s Biggest Stud, now what? I guess there’s “guy your own age” to consider…
