Eh, I never thought she was so hot anyway. When I said “she may be gorgeous” it was just as a concession to those who think she is. I have seen pictures of her without the make-up and glam and she really is rather plain looking. Anyone could probably look as pretty as she does in movies with the right make-up and hair people (and personal trainers?) at their disposal.
I am a straight woman, so I probably can’t judge as well as someone who could theoretically be sexually attracted to a woman, but if I had to choose one of them, I’d say Jennifer Aniston was hotter than Angelina even when she and Brad first hooked up- just another reason I was sad that Brad and Jen divorced.

Jolie has been quoted by the U.K.'s Daily Mirror to have said recently:

Doesn’t sound like a relationship destined to go the distance to me. (And especially not if Brad ever remembers where he left his balls and decides he wants 'em back.)

I am not saying that Brad is a battered would-be husband or anything, but think about the reaction if a man had said that he got angry enough at his wife that he tears her shirt. See? She didn’t say “I could tear his shirt…” or “I want to tear his shirt…” but that she does. Either the wording was sloppy on her part or Angelina is admitting to being a bit on the abusive side, don’t you think? 
This quote isn’t true and originated in some German tabloid that is the equivalent of the bottom-feeding rags here in the US. Angelina never gave any such interview and never said anything about an open relationship. It is a fake interview. Brad and Angelina’s actual interviews are only in reputable magazines, not tabloids.
Their reps are now denying breakup story, and to fans of Brad and Angelina, this is old old hat. The tabs have been saying they have spilt up every few months since 2005. Just like they said Brad wasn’t Shiloh’s father, and that Angie faked her pregnancy with the twins…on and on. It’s all bs because the tabs make millions off of them. It is a feeding frenzy like I don’t think any other celebrity couple has had to deal with. Brad and especially Angelina are easy targets because they make a point of not wasting time giving tabloids the time of day. People magazine has a denial up right now.
What is most upsetting is that this current breakup story originated in a British tabloid called News of the World, and then American tabs and legit outlets like CNN and msnbc picked it up and ran with it. It makes me feel like, geez if they can’t even get the silly stuff right, can I trust them with real news? There’s something fundamentally wrong about the Today Show quoting Star magazine, like they did this morning with this story.
On a side note - I do not understand all the hate directed at Angelina Jolie on the internet. It has been ongoing since she and Brad got together. There are actually people who wish for a family with six little kids to break up. Brad is obviously happy, and he doesn’t strike me as the kind of guy who would stay anywhere he doesn’t want to be. He was evidently not happy with Jennifer Aniston (who even describes herself as neurotic and needy), so they got divorced, big deal. Conversely, I do not understand all this outpouring of sympathy for Ansiton, going on 5 years later. Sheesh, people act like she is the only woman in the world to do what millions of other women have done, which to get divorced. She did not lose a child, she did not survive cancer, she just got a divorce, (from a man she said was not the love of her life, btw) and people need to get over it.
Sounds like somebody needs to get over something, alright…

Oh, and also want to say I hope nobody buys that story about Angelina cheating on Brad with her dialect coach. It has been debunked also. She wasn’t even in NYC let alone at the Waldorf Astoria when Life & Style, or In Touch or whichever stupid rag it is that reported that story. They are all the same to me, which is total trash. I am only bringig it up because this bit of fiction spring-boarded the current breakup story. It is just like lies based on lies based on lies. I didn’t realize that magazines like these could just make up quotes from a public person and publish it, but apparently as ling as they say stuff like a “pal” says, or an “insider” tells us…yeah, they have “insiders” all right, inside the tabloid writer’s head.
The only “celebrities” that talk directly to magazines of this calbre are people like the Kardashians, Kate Gosselin, and Kathy Griffin, not Cruise, Depp, Pitt, Kidman, or Jolie. Anything about the top tier people is sure to be fabricated.
I was just trying to make a point about the topic of the thread.
The hate- which is really too strong of a word I think- is easy to understand. It is the way that she and Brad got together. She literally stole another woman’s husband. While that is no reason to hate her it certainly is a reason to greatly dislike or have disrespect for her and to question her ethics and morals in general.
The family that shouldn’t have formed. Now that it has, I believe the children deserve stability in their family life, but only Shilo and the twins have ever known this to be such an environment at all, the other 3 have had a lot of upheaval in their young lives. For their sake I wish them stability, but for Angelina and Brad themselves…not so much. I don’t really care too much about them, but I do care about what might happen to the children.
Is he? Did he tell you that the last time y’all had lunch together or what? And does it matter? These are two people who put themselves and their relationship into the limelight.
We (those posting here at least) are just having fun speculating and gossiping. Nothing we say or believe is going to change a thing and won’t matter one whit to either Brad or Angelina. More importantly none of this has any effect at all on the children whose parents forced them into lives of public speculation as well.
She lost a husband who she was still in love with. That deserves sympathy in my book. Angelina (admittedly) contrived to seduce Brad and lure him away from the woman he vowed to love forever, that is a good reason to dislike her in my book. Jennifer Aniston did not just “get divorced” she was dumped hard and publicly. That does not happen to millions of other women, at least not on the same scale that it happened to her.
And people need to get over the upset and confusion about why we can’t all just wish the cheaters well.
I have no particular dog in this fight and don’t care much about the private lives of either Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie, but what little I’ve been exposed to where she is concerned has been more than a little off-putting, with the quotes I posted above being especially so.
Having said that, do you know for a fact that Das Neue Blatt (the paper that published her alleged comments) is a “bottom-feeding rag” like the tabloids here? A paper can be a tabloid without being disreputable; the term merely means it’s a small format paper. All Wiki has to say about it is this:

Out of curiosity I did Google search of the paper’s name along with the keywords “poor reputation” or “bad reputation” and didn’t find anything particularly bad about it, or at least not on the first page.
Further, Das Neue has said she made these comments in an interview with the paper itself rather than that they came from an inside source or friend. Can papers in Europe just make up quotes out of thin air with no legal repercussions? I would think it would be easy enough, particularly with a quote as damaging and wide-spread as this one has become, to sue the pants off any publication alleging to have interviewed someone they haven’t.
As far as why people seem to have it in for Jolie like they do, keep in mind the blood-in-the-vials thing, bragging on the red carpet about having had sex with Billie Bob in the limo en route to the Academy Awards, the open-mouthed makeout session with her brother, the permanent cold-blooded freezing out of her father despite his desperate attempts to reconcile, and the fact that many people feel she stole Brad from Jennifer Aniston, and you have someone that many people find it difficult to like.
Don’t care either way, but I’m all for an embargo on Brangelina news. And Jon and Kate, and Spencer and Heidi… 
Mit, I think too she purchased children overseas and that ought get her some dislike too. I wonder if she can now get her money back? Or maybe she will re-gift them to other stars?
I don’t really care about Brad and Angelina, but (simple as I am) this amuses me:

Well there’s that…and the way she “got” Billy Bob Thorton, and the blood vials, and the making out with her brother, and the way she has dealt with her father (and the public statements she has made regarding the same) and …well I could probably do this for a while. Although I do not hate her (I don’t even know her!) there are no shortages of reasons why some do (or like me just dislike her and have no respect for her) and I am confused as to why anyone would be confused by it.
Don’t give her (or the tabloids) any ideas. The next headline we read might be:
Angelina Refused Refund, Gets State Credit Instead
or
Angelina’s Tacky Christmas: How Old is Too Old for Re-Gifting?

I stand by my prediction - by this time next year, Brad and Angelina will have officially called it quits.
ETA: I’m basing this on one of the smartest things I’ve read on this board; I was asking about persistent gay rumours, and someone said that the usual reason for persistent gay rumours is someone being persistently gay.
