The correct translation is:
Dracula: Tu esti dragostea vietii mele - vietii mele.
Translation: You are the love of my life - of my life.
I strongly suspect dragostea is borrowed from the Slavic languages. In Russian, dorogoi is “dear,” in the sense of both “beloved” (what you might say to another person) and “expensive” (of high material value).
Dracula speaks to the wolf to calm him calling him Strigoi which in Romanian means vampire or ghost.
