Brazil through to face winner of Colombia v. Uruguay.
Vamanos Los Cafeteros! Sure would have preferred to face Chile in next round but I’m ok with knocking out the host team.
Well, Brazil did everything they could to lose the game, but still move on.
I am glad Brazil won but they will have to seriously lift their game to go all the way.
I would say the odds of a European team winning for the third time in a row have gone up significantly.
Rooting for cafeteros against gauchos next. But next will be back to Brasil. 
Damn, was hoping for a Chile win. I have a real dislike for the Brazilian national team, or rather a dislike of everyone drooling over them.

Ditto. I’ve always hated it even when I won because of it. It’s filled with all kinds of suck. Everybody hates the poor bastard that misses. It’s suppose to be a gimme.
Unless Brazil find some consistency and quality, they won’t be in the Final. Surely either Germany or France, if not Colombia, will see to that.
He would have absolutely fucked this defence that’s for sure.

Great game between Brazil and Chile! Chile were unlucky in penalties (Julio Caesar was pretty great though), but the better team won, IMO. Brazil was unlucky in not getting another goal during the run of play (Hulk was trying to make up for his error in letting that Chile goal go by himself during that second half)!
The color commentator for that match was none other than Steve McManaman, the famed Liverpool and Real Madrid Attacking Midfielder.
Gotta say, I love Uruguay’s national anthem.
