I’ve never cared for Bailey’s. Too sickly-sweet and (IMO) it has an unpleasant tang. I’ve also never liked anything Irish-cream flavored.
My sister and her husband just went on a trip to Ireland and brought back some Guiness Irish Cream (They toured the Guiness distillery). This is brand spankin’ new stuff - they just started selling it here in the US. I had some last night, and boy, was it yummy. Smooth and sweet (but not too sweet), and just delicious.
I had two small cordial glasses of it, then we started putting it in our coffee. Oooh, baby. Me likey. Me likey A LOT.
I’d just like to take this opportunity that, as a person who does not work in a retail store, working on the day after Thanksgiving is a crashing bore.
