I heard a metaphor awhile ago that I liked, but I can’t quite remember the exact wording.
It has to do with the difference between being interested in something and actually have a stake in it.
It goes almost, but not quite like this:
In a plate of bacon and eggs, the chicken is interested, but the pig is committed(?)
Can somebody please tell me how it goes and, in a perfect world, provide a cite?
Thanks very much in advance.
