It’s a muffed ripoff of a T-shirt being sold in GB that says “We’ll never forget you, Brent.” Meaning, “we actually are already forgetting about you, and in fact you mean so little to us we can’t bother to get your name right.”
Just a guess but it might be a sarcastic reference to the way he pronounces his surname. Farve as opposed to Favre. Maybe Brett and Brent are as interchangeable in a sarcastic world?
