Prince of Darkness. I watched it again about a year ago, and while the movie, on a whole, is really bad, that damned transmission from the future is fricking terrifying. That still ranks as my number-one creepiest movie moment.
From the look of the shadow on the street when the cops showed up it looked like his jaw was split right open to the neck, which leads me to believe a broken neck.
