Even more than that, she also talks about how quick they are to reimburse her for the tolls. So it’s not like she would’ve been out of the money for very long (especially considering how expensive the cash tolls are & how $20 of the $30 charge go immediately into the account for toll expenses).
It’s not like it was a $30 out of pocket expense–no more than the cash tolls were an out of pocket expense.
