Thanks for alerting me! Hurrah! My husband will hate this because he’s been dreading a “La Resistance” storyline, but for me, all BSG is good BSG. Well, except for the Chief’s beard. That was bad. But otherwise good stuff.
Interesting how <a> they’re clearly being careful with the budget, not spending too much money on these (note the low camera angles in the exterior scene, so the background, free of expensive extras, is not visible), and yet <b> the characters and scenario are so compelling that even a simple little dialogue-heavy exchange like this is still enjoyable.
And it’s great how they’re clearly not going to shy away from the political implications of their story. “A police force? What crap. Work with the toasters, and you’re a traitor.” Heh.
If they’re all like this, about two minutes long, with ten installments we’re basically getting half of an episode as a summer bonus. Very cool.
And yeah. It’s a little tiny hit on the crackpipe.

I also want to say “yay!” And I like Chief’s beard. Beards for everyone, I say!

Drips and drabs – man, that’s going to be painful waiting for a three minute cut twice a week.
I think the place is being run by Sadists – Cancell SG1, Run wrasslin’, 3 minute BSG episodes that’s like giving a dropper of water to someone dying from thirst.

So I just watched webisode 2 and the preview for the new season that goes along with it and I have to ask…
Is that Tigh with the full beard & eye patch? I guess he’s not going to fare very well in this resistance effort.
Oh…I dig the Chief’s beard, as well as Cali’s long hair.
