Wow, you weren’t kidding, were you?
It’s ok, we understand…
You mean you don’t want the new semi-com newsbox dial-free friendline? I thought BT’s interactivity-focused voluminiser worked with all home-based officenters?
Word?
So let’s switch to TLAs ASAP. PDQ, we’ll be SNAFU, FUBAR, QWERTY, etc., etc. and we’ll make as much sense as the OP.
IOW:
Oh bloody hell.
It was supposed to be a rant about the BT ‘talking business’ seminar I attended yesterday (90%+ of which was utter hype and bullshit)
“maximising support capability 24/7/365” was one of my personal favourites (I intended to put my hand up in the Q&A to ask if that shouldn’t actually be “24/365” or “24/7/52”, but my life-force had drained away by then)
“talking bollocks” would have been a more suitable name for it.
Bastard Telecom have turned me into Herbert Lom’s Chief Inspector Dreyfus. I don’t mind the country Home but I wish the nervous tic’s would leave me alone…
I hate them with unrivalled passion.
Yes, but do they leverage their synergies across all applicable platforms? Inquiring minds want to know.
Quite possibly Steve; but you’ll have to ask somebody else; I may have been asleep for that bit. I do know that they are implementing new paradigms to transform throughput, by enhancing their customer-centric media.
Or something like that, anyway.
and are best of breeds involved?
And just why the fuck are so many IT companies seemingly involved in Crufts this year?
But what do you expect from BT, the company that once touted the slogan “101% reliability”. If in doubt, just churn up some nonsensical shite and act as if it has meaning.
Uncanny. Do you work for my company?
Have you a rhuuuum ?
Mangetout, can I e-mail you something about business talk ? It might cheer you up
That would be great, thanks; my email address is not hidden.
What is the best paradigm shift for them to leverage their core competencies to achieve maximum market penetration and enhance stockholder value through strategic business initiatives driven by empowered employees?
I think it would involve streamlining processes for maximizing propensities, enabling full contrivances of empowerment, eliminating occurrences of proliferate randomness, and managerially balancing data compilation with process ownership.
What they need is a change to allow them to better leverage their talent base in an area where developmental roles are under way and strategically focus them towards the upcoming fiber-optic transition where system literacy and accuracy will be essential to maintain and to further improve service levels to their client base going forward.
…
…so many words, so little meaning.
Ino; that would represent a major sea-change, next time I touch base with my peers, we’ll put it on the table, and kick it around then run it up the flagpole first to see who salutes, then I’ll pick the low-hanging fruit.
No, no, no. None of you are thinking outside the box here; what we need is the helicopter view, or else we’re never going to realise the appropriate strategic enablement of this. We need to give this idea some legs and see how far it runs.
Are we all on the same page here? Seems some people aren’t quite on the ball.
I think I’ll have to escalate this.
Well, I can walk the walk, but I clearly can’t talk the talk.
