Buck Rogers TV series, identify the episode

I think you’ll have to be a dedicated Buck Rogers fan to get this. I’m not, and my on-line searching has come up empty.

The television series featured Twiki, a small robot voiced by Mel Blanc. Twiki would frequently offer up short vocal insights on the goings-on around him, almost always preceeded by “biddi-biddi” (spelling from Wikipedia).

Watching Buck Rogers was a hit-or-miss affair for me. But I distinctly remember an episode where Twiki says “biddi-biddi, what a body!” Erin Gray certainly had a nice body, but I don’t think he was referring to Ms. Gray in the scene.

Can anyone identify the episode by name? Or am I just imagining this?

I thought it might involve Tina, but so far no luck finding evidence twiki and female robot interact... booty! - YouTube

Could be from the same episode, though; that’s the one that featured Dorothy Stratten as a “genetically perfect” Miss Cosmos pageant winner

I believe it’s from the pilot episode and refers to Princess Ardala.

You’re right - here’s the script Buck Rogers in the 25th Century s01e01 Episode Script | SS

which has the quote.

I don’t know if it’s in the pilot, but the IMDB
[quotes site]
(Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979) - Mel Blanc as Twiki - IMDb) agrees that Twiki was referring to Princess Ardala.

Twiki: “#metoo is so 21st century, change my mind.”

Thanks folks. At some point, probably in the distant future, I’ll get a chance to see the pilot again. I know what to look for now. Excellent!
