According to imdb, she’s Debra Montague. Credited as “Girl in pizza joint”.
Checking through the cast list in IMDb finds an actress named Debra Montague, credited as “Girl in Pizza Joint”. An image search on Google finds other pictures of that character, but they may be just jumping to the same conclusion.
She only has one other credit (something called Wolfridge from 1994), so it seems unlikely that you’d recognize her. Could just be that she looks like someone else.
When I re-watched it a few years ago I thought it was a young Amanda Bearse, best known to the modern world as Marcy Darcy from Married with Children, and remember trying to read the credits on the video to catch her name.
